The MANSEC blog is primarily written in French — that’s our native language and our main audience. However, when a topic could benefit a wider audience (international research, an English-only product, a tool or vulnerability that’s discussed mainly on English forums), we’ll publish in English.

How language is handled

Each post has a lang field in its frontmatter. The default is fr. When a post is in another language, you’ll see a small badge (like the EN above) on the post card and at the top of the article.

The HTML lang attribute on the <html> element is also set automatically — useful for screen readers, browser translation prompts, and SEO.

Editorial line

Same as the French version: clear, no jargon, no FUD. Just the bare necessities.
